The only thing that seemed to calm a drug exposed newborn while being weaned off of morphine was when I would sing “Rehab”.
Congratulations Amy. In spite of your issues (that rat’s nest on top of your head included) I still love your sound.

Don’t care for her, but if her music helps, then so be it!
You know, that was the very first time I had ever heard Amy Winehouse sing. What she does is cool, and she’s obviously very talented. However, it’s a sad statement when more people know your name for your legendary addiciton problems than for your remarkable talent. She’d better get her shit together soon, or her mother’s prediction will probably come true in rather short order. It was clear from watching her performance, and then her reaction to the win, that she really should not have left the rehab center. She’s still way under.
Blog hopped to see you today. Read this post on Amy. Love her music and was severely bummed when she canceled her plans to attend Austin City Limits last year. Would have been one of the highlights for sure.
