Exerpt from a letter that I received on my birthday:
Daniel’s file has been reviewed by a VMRC interdisciplinary team which included a clinical psychologist and physician. Daniel was found to be ineligible for ongoing Regional Center services as there is no evidence of Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism or Seizure Disorder.
Yes, he is a still very much a silly six-year old boy and that is perfectly normal.

Now this is one time it is GREAT to be rejected! Excellent news. Give the Little Man a hug from me.
Well that is great news!
Rock onnnnn, rock star! That is the BEST rejection letter I have ever seen.
Awesome!
