come out, come out, wherever you are…

By way of one of my blogging idols, Kelly, it has come to my attention that we are in the midst of (Inter)National Delurking Week here in the Land of Blogs. So in my very best Glinda the Good Witch of the North voice I am calling:

Come out, come out wherever you are…

Come out and say hello. Where are you from? What brought you here to the Big Top?

  1. OK, here I am! I came to your blog from Nate Lawrenson’s blog. (He is the guy with the micro-preemie) I have been reading what you write for quite a while. I love reading about your family and everyday life. I currently live in Michigan. I am marrried, have 3 kids, and am a school teacher. Thank you for allowing me a glimpse into your everyday life. May you and your family have a wonderful week.

    Love,

    Amy Hager

  2. Waving hello from Tampa, FL. Laura, we were on the AOL scrapboards together back in the day. I came across your blog a long time ago and have been following it ever since. A lot of the old “AOL gals” are now on Facebook if you have one.

  3. I dont comment often, shouting out from Dallas, TX I think I found you from another micropreemie blog cant remember. I love reading your blog and seeing your circus act in pics especially Hazel she is the cutest I have a son who is just a little younger then her.

  4. *waving from Chicago*

I came across your blog from another micropreemie blog I am sure, but I have no idea which one. I love to read your blog because you update so frequently. As opposed to myself, who seems to forget that she even has a blog.

  5. Do I get to claim the title of faithful circus act reader who lives the farthest away? :) Anyway, here’s your shout out from Chiang Mai, Thailand!!

And I have to comment on Tam’s comment, what is with the fish on her wand?

  6. Hello from outside of Philadelphia!
I found the big top during shift change while my daughter spent 105 days in the NICU. She was born at 26 weeks, and I was searching all sites internet for everything preemie I could get my hands on. I think I started reading some of your NICU posts, and then got roped into the daily Hazel, and the rest, as they say, is history. I think I even sent you a little fan email at one point. (remember we were trying to get rid of that dumb NG tube?) Well, we’re home now, and Peanut is 8 months old- WOW. Still have the NG, but perfect in every other way… High hopes for babyfoods and sippy cups! Your site always makes me laugh just when I need it! Thanks!
