
Sure, on Hazel chubby thighs are pretty gosh darn cute. On me not so much. No, I am not posting a picture of my pasty white, chubby thighs! Trust me, you don’t want to see them. They’ll blind you.
Because chubby thighs aren’t cute on me and because I do enjoy the endorphin-high I get from exercise I am back on a pretty aggressive fitness program. I started the beginning of this month hitting the gym 5-6 days a week which is doing wonders for my overall sense of well-being. Unfortunately I need a little bit more to push my 46+ year old body to drop some excess pounds and inches so I started the Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred this week. Whew-weee she is shredding me with this workout! I am sore all over but feeling good and well on my way to getting rid of my own personal chub.
Please tell me you’ve joined Motherhood Uncensored’s Shred blog. She started yesterday! I’m ordering my copy this week!!! And I go to the gym 4 times a week, so the Shred sounds like just the trick!
