Day 12 of Jillian Michael’s Shred continues. All I can say to my fellow Shredheads a couple days behind me is your core will be sore! There is a lot of down and dirty core work throughout the entire 20 minutes and it is pretty intense.
How intense you ask?
Well, here is Natalie.
She is gorgeous. She has a rockin’ body and it is clear that she works hard for it. She smiles through the whole shred even when there is sweat dripping off of her. But even the mighty Natalie can’t always keep up.
In this level of the shred, if you haven’t passed out from huffing and puffing, you will find that Natalie cheats. Don’t be fooled by the dazzling smile of hers. The girl totally cheats for… okay, for just a few seconds. But who can blame her. Throughout the workout one’s core is screaming, their shoulders are crying out, sweat is dripping off of their body and with their heart rate up, they are breathing heavy literally from warm-up to cool down. This is hard core. It hurts but in a good way. Why else would Natalie be smiling through the whole thing? I’m keeping up just fine but trust me I am a hot, sweaty mess and I am definitely not smiling. My goal this week is to keep on keeping up with Natalie and Anita and to be smiling through the whole thing just like our girl, Natalie.
She cheats in Level 1 too. There’s a point where Jillian goes from her to Anita, and Natalie totally stops doing her exercise. Kind of like she thinks the camera isn’t on her. Ha ha, think again!
I’m only on Day 6, but am hanging in there!
dang you bill! I wanted to be the first to point that out haha… Well if she cheats and looks awesome maybe I can too? Or maybe not.

omg, i have been telling EVERYONE that! she totally cheats. she does not do HIGH knee kicks unless jillian is there, and then SHE HOLDS ONTO JILLIAN’S ARM!!!!! she also doesn’t do full squats unless the camera is on her. SHE IS FAKER! lol
