Time for me to trade in my sad, broken down Blackberry that liked to randomly power down or switch over to the white screen of death just because it could…especially when I was in the middle of using it. My darling husband must have read my mind…or listened to my wishful mutterings that I needed Siri in my life because he proposed that we gift each other this year with new phones.

How are you liking Siri? The top button on my iPhone 4 just died and I couldn’t bring myself to go with the upgrade at whatever 399 rate which would mean a contract extension and so I just got a replacement 4 at the 149 replacement rate. I was tempted, but I figure that sometime in the next year there should be a five, right? And if I got a 4s now that would mean no 5.
It really sounded reasonable at the time, but as I write this, I’m not as convinced.
