Just like my Mommy, my sister and all of my aunties, I look good in a hat…any hat. Even this hat. I would offer to lend it to my Mi-ma but, well, on her this hat would look absolutely ridiculous.

Fallon has the ability to woo pretty much anyone to pick her up, snuggle her and offer her a bottle of her favorite beverage…okay, her only beverage…all with her bedroom eyes.This weekend she worked her magic on her mommy’s best friend for always and forever, Amber. She might be young, single and perhaps traumatized for life to never, ever have babies ever thanks to being by Holly’s side when Hazel was born, but she could not resist Fallon’s powerful, flirtatious stare.
Be careful or you too shall fall under her spell.

- her Mommy
- her daddy
- having a poopy diaper changed
- when her sister tickles her
- her Mi-ma picking her up
- having a wet diaper changed
- when Uncle Daniel talks to her
- this toy
She could lie there for, oh maybe fifteen minutes or so before she will make some sort of demand or begin to rage against the world.
So here under the Big Top, we like this toy…we like this toy a lot…almost as much as Fallon does.

She’s one month old today…for those keeping track of such things.
It’s funny how those thirty days just blur in such a way that it seems like this beautiful baby has always been here…occupying her mommy’s sleep, stealing attention from her big sister, eating, sleeping…getting absolutely pissy when one tries to burp her until at last…sweet Baby Jesus what relief…she burps. Oh, and she grew this month too!
